Prepayment, Cancellation, No-shows, and Failure in Rescheduling

By making a booking on the MindBeauty Booking App (owned by MindBeauty Co Ltd), you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation policy of that MindBeauty Booking App, and to any additional terms and conditions of the MindBeauty Booking App that may apply to your booking, including for services rendered and/or products (such as gift card) offered by the MindBeauty Booking App. The relevant services terms and conditions of a MindBeauty Booking App can be obtained with the relevant MindBeauty Booking App. The general cancellation policy of each MindBeauty Booking App is made available on our platform during the reservation procedure. 

 

Note that once a booking is made and confirmed by the merchant (salons, beauty spas of which are contracted and agreed with MindBeauty Booking App) it is not eligible for cancellation, refund, or NO change, including no-show or failure in rescheduling (for emergency and unexpected circumstances, such as typhoon, infectious disease occurrence etc).

 

In the case of late or delayed arrival on the booking/treatment date, make sure to inform the MindBeauty Booking App or the merchant directly at least 60 mins prior to the booking/treatment time, so as to allow both parties to act flexibly and rearrange the time if necessary. However, in the case of failure in rescheduling the booking, it is regarded as a cancellation by customer’s request. MindBeauty Booking App reserves the right for final justice. MindBeauty Booking App does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show.
