BOOKINGS

1. How early can sessions be booked? 

  • Services can be booked 30 days in advance.

2. How can I confirm that a booking is successful?

  • An SMS confirmation message will be sent from MindBeauty, as well as an in-app confirmation message from the MindBeauty application.

  • A reminder notification will appear one day/one hour before the session.

  •  Bookings are confirmed with corresponding service providers in real-time.

3. Can I book a session for someone else?

  • Yes. Bookings can be made for individuals aside from the MindBeauty account holder. Please provide a screenshot of the booking confirmation page to the service provider at the time of the session.


4. Can I switch to another treatment after I have arrived at the service provider?

  • Please consult with the service provider at the time of the session for their final decision.


5. How can I reschedule the booking?

  • The booking cannot be rescheduled on the MindBeauty App under normal circumstances once it is confirmed. Please contact the service provider via the information provided on the booking confirmation to inquire for rescheduling needs. 

  • Sessions can be rescheduled if the original time slot was made inaccessible due to bad weather conditions, i.e. typhoon signal 8 or black rainstorm warning as indicated from the Hong Kong Observatory.


6. I arrived at the service provider at the correct time but they are refusing to accept my booking/give me the agreed discount. What should I do?

  • Please contact us at 2989 6238 (Phone call) or 9734 4216 (WhatsApp), and we will help resolve the situation for you immediately. 


7. Can I make a reservation with a foreign phone number?

  • Yes. Foreign phone numbers can be used for MindBeauty appointment bookings if the contact number is able to receive SMS messages from Hong Kong.

8. What happens if I arrive late for my reservation?

  • Based on our Terms of Use, your booking is secured for you within 15 minutes of your reservation time. If you arrive after 15 minutes, our partners have the right to ask you to wait or reject your booking. If they do accept your session, they are required to provide the agreed discount to you.

9. Can I cancel my reservation?

  • Cancellations on the MindBeauty booking platform are not allowed once a booking has been successfully confirmed.

PAYMENTS & MB COINS

10. Is my payment secure?

  • MindBeauty does not store payment information, including credit card numbers, passwords, and personal information.

11. Can I get a refund for my booking?

  • Refunds are not available on the MindBeauty booking platform once a booking has been successfully confirmed.

12. What are MB Coins?

  • One MB Coin is valued at an equivalent of HKD$1.

  • MB Coins are applicable to all bookable services on the MindBeauty Platform.

  • MB Coins are non-transferable between accounts.

  • MB Coins are available for purchase at the MB Coins Shop.

  • MB Coins cannot be refunded.

  • Successfully purchased MB coins should be redeemed within 21 days, commencing from the day of purchase. MB Coins that are not redeemed after 21 days will be forfeited.

13. Where can I review/update my profile?

  • You can review your personal details in Profile Information, under Account.


14. How do I confirm my identity to the service provider at the time of the session?

  • Please display your booking confirmation page to confirm your identity and booking details.

15. Can I submit customer reviews after the session?

  • You can submit a  customer review on the MindBeauty app once the session is completed.

16. Will booking discounts also apply to additional treatment costs at the time of the appointment?

  • Additional sessions and services are not included in the MindBeauty discount offer. It is only applicable to the treatment booked. 

17. How do I change the language settings on the MindBeauty Application?

  • Please visit account settings and select your preferred language from the list.

1. 我可以提前多長時間預訂?

  • 服務可於活動日期前30天預定。


2. 我能如何確認預定成功?

  • 預定內容會即時與服務供應商確認。

  • 我們會以SMS信號形式及於MindBeauty應用程式內分別發送確認信息。

  • 提醒信息亦將於活動預約時間前一小時發送。


3. 我可否進行預約後以贈予他人?

  • 可以。預約內容可以用於帳號持有者以外的用家。如希望一同參加活動,請為每位參加者預約一次相同活動,並於活動進行前出示MindBeauty應用程式成功預約頁面。

4. 我在到達商戶地點後,可以更改預定內容嗎?

  • 請在活動進行前與服務供應商商討。最終決定權由服務供應商持有。


5. 如何更改預定時間?

  • 抱歉,活動預訂後一般情況下是無法更改的。如你需要進一步協助,請聯絡MindBeauty客戶服務部,或以預定版面資料聯絡服務供應商。

  • 如活動因無法預測天氣因素(只包括八號颱風及黑色暴雨警告),你可以聯絡MindBeauty客戶服務部,更改活動日期。

6. 如我到達服務供應商地點後,被拒絕服務,或被拒絕提供預定折扣,我該怎麼辦?

  • 請聯絡MindBeauty客戶服務部(電話 2989 6238或9734 4216 WhatsApp),我們將即時為您聯絡服務供應商解決問題。

7. MindBeauty是否允許跨國預訂?我可以用外國手機號碼預訂嗎?


  • 可以。如您的外國手機號碼能夠接受香港SMS信息,您可以照常預約MindBeauty平台活動。



8. 如果我比預定時間延遲到達會如何?

  • 您的預約將包含15分鐘前後等候時間。如您於活動預定時間15分鐘後到達活動,服務供應商可以選擇不接受您的預約。如服務供應商選擇接受您的預約,服務價格將依舊使用預定折扣價格。詳情請查看活動頁面中的使用條款。


9. 我可否取消預定?


  • 抱歉,活動預訂後無法取消。



付款與MB Coins

10. 我的付款卡資料會被儲存嗎?

  • 
MindBeauty並不會儲存用家付款卡資料。


11. 我可否獲得退款?

  • 抱歉,活動預訂後無法退款。



12. MB Coins 是什麼?

  • 一枚 MB Coin 價值與港幣$1相等。

  • MB Coins 可應用於MindBeauty 平台所有可兌換商品與服務。

  • MB Coins 不能轉帳至其他帳號。

  • MB Coins 可於 MB Coins Shop 購買。

  • MB Coins 並不設置退款。

  • MB Coins 應於購買後21日使用。於21日後未被使用,MB Coins 將會過期。
