Like me, some of you are busy bee and want to snooze to last possible second, but I assure that you wont regret this 5 minutes of prep that will kick-start your day with a boost of fruitful energy!

Here at ChitChat Beauty we dive right into the deep end and fish out some of the best ideas that are available to womenkind. I will show you how to make it bright and do it right! Smoothie Bowl is no rocket science: it’s just like a painting. It consists of a foundation (your canvas) and toppings (the colors) of your preference. It’s easier than it sounds: to master the skill you only have to mix the right ingredients to your personal liking! It’s all about composition, and we are here to help you to get that perfect hue! Pink bowl – no Blackcurrant, Matcha for ultra green!

Garnish your bowl with love. Hit it light and hit it hard! Add slices of strawberries, a handful of nuts and sprinkle seeds all over to give it that most needed drama!

Manuka Ban-Apple
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 small ripe organic banana, pre-sliced and frozen
  • Blend with pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon of Manuka Honey

Toppings

  • 1 organic peach, sliced
  • Handful of blackberries
  • Pinch of sunflower seeds
  • pinch of your favourite cereal

Instructions

  1. Add frozen banana, pineapple to blender and blend it on low until it smoothens while small bits remains
  2. Add 1/2 cup of coconut water and Manuka Honey, blend it on low again until it reaches a desirable consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust flavour as needed, adding more ripe banana (or honey) for added sweetness.
  4. Scoop into a serving bowl and top it with sliced peach, blackberries, sun flower seed and cereal
  5. Voilà

Spinach Flaxseed-Coconuts
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 medium ripe organic banana, pre-sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 handful of kale
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 tbsp of flaxseed

Toppings

  • Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Fresh berries
  • Hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Put the all the smoothie ingredients into the blender and blend until its creamy and smooth enough to your preference.
  2. Taste and adjust flavour, adding more banana for added sweetness, adding spinach for more of a vivid green hue.
  3. Top it with shredded unsweetened coconut, fresh berries and hemp seeds.
  4. Best serve fresh but may keep in jar refrigerated for another day.
  5. Voilà

Peanut-butter Cake
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl

  • Half of large ripe organic banana, pre-sliced and frozen
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup hazelnut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • Half of large ripe organic banana
  • 1 tbsp of shaved dark chocolate
  • Pinch of granola

Instructions

  1. Blend the almond milk, half of the banana, vanilla extract and cocoa powder until it smoothen
  2. Transfer to serving bowl
  3. Taste and adjust flavour, adding more peanut butter for added nutty creaminess.
  4. Top it with sliced banana, shaved chocolate, granola and crushed almond
  5. Voilà

04-Chia-Strawberry
Chia Strawberry
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 ripe organic banana, pre-slice and frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
  • Vanilla extract

Toppings

  • Freeze dried strawberries
  • Freeze dried banana
  • Handful of freshly sliced banana and strawberries
  • A pinch of Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend the coconut milk, frozen banana and strawberries and vanilla extract until it smoothen
  2. Transfer to serving bowl
  3. Taste and adjust flavour, adding more coconut milk for added creaminess.
  4. Top it with sliced banana and strawberries, a handful of freeze dried banana and strawberries gives it an interesting consistency and finally a pinch of chia seeds.
  5. Voilà

05-Goji-Pumpkin-Matcha
Goji Pumpkin Matcha
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
Smoothie Bowl

  • 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
  • 2 ripe organic banana, pre-slice and frozen
  • 1/2 cup go frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • A pinch of pumpkin seeds
  • A pinch of goji berries
  • Handful dried coconut
  • A pinch of granola

Instructions

  1. Blend the almond milk, frozen banana and pineapple together with matcha power and ground flaxseed until it smoothen
  2. Transfer to serving bowl
  3. Taste and adjust flavour, adding more matcha powder for a more green hue.
  4. Top it with a pinch of pumpkin seeds, goji berries, dried coconut and granola.
  5. Voilà
